Light, fluffy, and delicious! Our baos are made with only gluten free ingredients and are the perfect vehicle for all sorts of fillings!

Ingredients:
Water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, whey protein isolate, potato, sugar, vegetable shortening, milk powder, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, pectin, baking powder, baking soda, calcium propionate, sorbic acid, and ascorbic acid (to preserve freshness).

These Bao buns look like the real thing, but their texture is much firmer and the flavor is unpleasant. I’m disappointed.
We love keeping these gluten-free bao in the freezer for a quick, delicious meal or snack. They store beautifully and heat up perfectly in the microwave whenever you want them. The texture is soft and fluffy, and the flavor is consistently tasty.
We’ve experimented with multiple recipes and fillings, and they’ve all turned out great—whether as vegan slider bao or poke bao. The versatility makes them perfect for both casual meals and creative kitchen experiments.

Really loved the texture and fluffiness.
They are a bit pricey when you factor in shipping, so I think we'd reserve these on special occasions - but still it's really nice to have the option!
