Light, fluffy, and delicious! Our baos are made with only gluten free ingredients and are the perfect vehicle for all sorts of fillings!
Our bao 6 pack is perfect for sampling our product, but we're sure you'll be back for more!
Ingredients:
Water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, whey protein isolate, potato, sugar, vegetable shortening, milk powder, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, pectin, baking powder, baking soda, calcium propionate, sorbic acid, and ascorbic acid (to preserve freshness).

I been looking for this uncool item for over three year. I found them but they were cooks and had different kind of protein (Pork/chicken/Beef/etc. The first place would or could not delivery to mine home address- location were not in their delivery area . That was for the second and third website I found thru “Shop” online website store. Than on the same online website “Shop” I found your. It cost more on your website but that did not matter cost after finally for It cost more on your website, but that didn’t matter. The cost after finally ordering from The Uncooked Bao Bun. The extra cost of your bun was or are worth!!!!
These are bao-shaped objects but the texture is dense and heavy, nothing like real bao. Disappointing. Won't purchase again.

I haven't had a Bao in 5 years!!
This brought back some serious memories. Delicious-- I like mine more cooked, so I steamed mine for 2 extra minutes.
The whole family loved these!! My son (who doesn’t have celiac) didn’t even realize that they’re gluten free! We really enjoyed and appreciate the recipes you provide on your site!! Thank you!!
