Light, fluffy, and delicious! Our baos are made with only gluten free ingredients and are the perfect vehicle for all sorts of fillings!
Our bao 12 pack is just the right size for a family meal!
Ingredients:
Water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, whey protein isolate, potato, sugar, vegetable shortening, milk powder, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, pectin, baking powder, baking soda, calcium propionate, sorbic acid, and ascorbic acid (to preserve freshness).

Am so grateful to have premade fluffy/tender/properly-textured bao that is gluten free!! It was good! I froze until it was time to use, and then put directly in a steamer. Cooked for maybe twice the amount of time listed on the package. Perfection. Had with slowcooked pork shoulder and BBQ sauces, pickled onions, and superthin cabbage strips. SO GOOD. Buying more today.
My wife has Celiac and we’ve been searching for bao buns for a while. These are perfect, I will admit we have only steamed them with a bamboo steamer. I highly recommend the to everyone.
