Egg McBao

You'll never eat fast food for breakfast again! This bao combines the nostalgia of your favorite breakfast sandwich with our delicious gluten free buns!

Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Gluten Free Bao Company buns
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 8 pieces
- 4 mini hash browns (such as McCain BabyCakes), cooked per manufacturers instructions
- Sriracha mayo (if making your own, we recommend a 1:4 ratio of sriracha to mayonnaise)
Directions:
- Coat the surface of a skillet with cooking spray or oil and heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Crack the raw eggs into skillet and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. For best results, use a circular mold such as a biscuit cutter or english muffin ring.
- Cook eggs until hard set, flipping halfway through.
- Cut each egg in half to make 4 half moons.
- Steam Gluten Free Bao Company buns per instructions on package.
- Cut each cheddar cheese slice in half diagonally to make 4 triangles.
- Assemble your breakfast sandwich, first with the egg half, then the cheese triangle, then 2 pieces of bacon, and finally the hash brown.
- Drizzle with sriracha mayo (if desired) and enjoy!
